Lbp-100 Plasma Flame Spraying System Main Control Cabinet The LBP-100 control cabinet is a truly closed-loop control system where all process gases and powder carrier gases are digitally managed using advanced mass flow meters to ensure high accuracy and repeatability in the spraying process. This system uses PLC to control the operation of the system, the operator can easily input the relevant process parameters or call the previous spraying formula through the graphical man-machine interface, the system can record and monitor the whole process of spraying in real time.


The control cabinet mainly covers the following functions:
     Programmable control of thermal spraying process on 12-inch touch color display;
1)  The industrial PC loaded with MCGS professional system adopts high-speed and high-capacity memory card to       ensure real-time backup of data;
2)  A centralized management of Japan Mitsubishi PLC system;
3)  It can control up to four kinds of plasma spray guns, F4,9M,Sg100,2086A, and various supporting spray                     processes;
4)  Control 2 channels of powder feeding, can upgrade 4 channels, 8 channels of powder feeding mode;
5)  Flammable and explosive gas leak detector;
6)  Safety interlock of the entire thermal spraying process;
7)  5000 spray formulas can be stored;
8)  Data recording: It can continuously record all spraying parameters and tracking data, such as flow, pressure,             current, power, voltage, cooling water flow, conductivity, cooling water temperature, carrier gas flow, plasma               power, water pressure, etc.;
9)  The spray gun can be controlled to maintain a low power ignition state to avoid frequent ignition of the                       equipment;
10)  Antifreeze mode, in the northern cold areas, open the antifreeze mode in winter
11)  Spray gun accessories use the replacement cycle reminder function

       The man-machine interface uses a 12-inch large-size touch screen, which displays the various components of the full set of equipment (such as gas control area, power supply and powder delivery control area, etc.) in pictures, so that the operator can see at a glance. The man-machine interface is used to input spraying parameters, store spraying parameters, display spraying status, etc. After the system has an error alarm, the relevant error information will also be displayed on the human-machine interface.
       On the touch screen, the user can set all the process parameters, and make all the spray parameters at a glance. For different types of guns, the system built-in PLC presets the ignition, parameter climb and power limit parameters, which can avoid the burning of gun parts due to the wrong setting of parameters.
       LBP-100 control cabinet can monitor all peripheral equipment, when the peripheral equipment, dust collector, chiller does not start, the system does not allow ignition, to ensure the safety of the spray gun and spray room, when the robot, dust collector, chiller failure, will immediately stop the spray gun.
       The LBP-100 system has a standby function, that is, if the spraying operation needs to be stopped for a short time for some reason during the spraying process, the equipment can be put into a standby state by pressing the "Run" key. In the standby state, the gun still remains fired, but all water and electricity are in the minimum consumption required to maintain the ignition. Once it is necessary to resume normal spraying work, press the "Run" button again to release the standby state of the system, and the process parameters will return to the set value and enter the normal spraying state. This function is to avoid the loss of gun components such as nozzles and gases caused by repeated shutdowns during spraying operations.
