HV-8000H Supersonic Flame Spraying Equipment Introduction
The HV-8000H supersonic flame spraying developed by Zhengzhou Lijia is a new type of HVOF system that uses aviation grade kerosene as fuel. The basic principle of it is to fully atomize the kerosene with the combustion aid oxygen through the atomizing nozzle to form a combustible mixture and enter the combustion chamber. The ignition system ignites the high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which is ignited and burned by the Laval nozzle to form a high-temperature and high-pressure supersonic flame flow. The powder feeding system sends the powder material from the low-pressure area into the flame flow, and after heating and accelerating, it is sprayed onto the surface of the work piece to form a high-quality coating.
