The HV-8000 control cabinet also has a set of self-diagnosis functions, monitoring the flow, pressure, and sensor operation status of the equipment. Once an alarm occurs, the system will automatically stop the gun, and the touch screen interface will give an alarm. The operator can know the source of the alarm by viewing the alarm page, thereby knowing the cause of the fault. All alarms automatically retain historical records such as the trigger reason, time, date, etc., which helps operators understand the condition of the equipment.
The HV-8000 control cabinet can control and monitor all peripheral equipment. When the peripheral equipment, dust collector, and chiller are not started, the system does not allow ignition to ensure the safety of the spray gun and spraying room. When the mechanical arm, dust collector, and chiller malfunctions, the spray gun will be immediately stopped.
The HV-8000 system has a standby function, which means that if for some reason, the spraying operation needs to be stopped for a short time during the spraying process, the device can be put into standby mode by pressing the "standby" button. In standby mode, the spray gun still maintains ignition, but all water and electricity are in the minimum consumption state required to maintain ignition. Once normal spraying work needs to be restored, pressing the "Up to Settings" button again will release the standby state, and the process parameters will return to the set values to enter the normal spraying state. This function is to avoid the loss of spray gun components such as nozzles and combustion chambers caused by repeated shutdowns during spraying operations.
