Brief introduction:
As the core of supersonic flame spraying equipment, Zhengzhou Lijia adopts HV-80S kerosene supersonic flame spray gun. The spray gun adopts the US Praxair 5220 spray gun design structure innovation and optimization, the spray gun is today's global users widely used and proved to be the most stable and reliable universal kerosene supersonic flame spray gun, has been mature in the thermal spray industry.
The chamber pressure of the HV-80S spray gun can reach 10Bar/150psi; higher chamber pressure results in higher flame velocity and particle velocity, resulting in a more resistant and denser coating.
After kerosene and oxygen are mixed into the combustion chamber through the coaxial fuel line, a stable, clean and uniform flame is formed. The pressure value of the combustion chamber can be detected, which provides the operator with additional information to better control the combustion process as well as the combustion chamber pressure. Since the pressure of the combustion chamber is directly proportional to the flight speed of the powder particles, it is very important to monitor the pressure value of the combustion chamber. Monitoring the pressure value of the combustion chamber and the flow value of the gas can provide technical reference for the spraying process, so as to formulate the best process and spray the best coating.
The outlet of the combustion chamber, i.e. its throat, can be of different sizes and of a certain shape, divided into convergent and open, used to maintain a relatively low pressure area in the supersonic flame flow for powder injection. The powder is continuously and consistently injected into the flame and then sprayed onto the substrate at an accelerated rate.
The design of the HV-80S spray gun allows it to feed powder at low pressure in the powder feeder, which improves process stability and avoids flammable gas backfiring into the powder feeder hopper.
