HA-3000 supersonic flame spraying
HA-3000 supersonic flame spraying is a new HVAF system developed by Zhengzhou Lijia. The Jet stream generated by compressed air and propane fuel ignites the powder, accelerates the powder to more than 700m/s, strikes the substrate, and forms a coating with extremely low oxygen content and high density. This spraying process has very low impact on the thermal degradation of the spraying materials. The spraying coating has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance characteristics.
HA-3000 seven advantages:
- Touch screen operation, the equipment design structure adopts a fully closed-loop automatic control structure, and the gas is controlled by pressure sensors imported from the United States and pressure regulating valves imported from Japan. The pressure can be monitored in real-time and automatically reaches the process setting value;
- The fuel used is propane, and the combustion aid is air. This mode is the safest combustion mode among market gas engines;
- The structure of the spray gun is designed based on the principle of a rocket generator, with a flame velocity of over 2000m/s, a large output power, and stepless adjustment;
- The spray gun adopts axial center powder feeding, which is a new injection method that allows the powder to dissolve well and evenly distribute throughout the flame, improving coverage efficiency and coating quality;
- With the function of storing and calling process formulas, parameters can be added, modified, and saved;
- The system fuel adopts a fully closed-loop design, modular design, and high-performance PLC control;
The coating has high bonding strength and low porosity, with a porosity of less than 1% (average porosity below 0.5%), reaching an international leading level. And it has the characteristic of high spraying efficiency (up to 30KG of powder per hour)

The main structure of the LA2 spray gun is the way in which the combustion chamber is connected to the primary combustion nozzle, with a portion of the air used for combustion support and a portion used for cooling the gun body and directly discharging it out of the gun.

LA2 spray gun(Optional Configuration) |
The main structure of the LA3 spray gun is the connection between the combustion chamber and the two-stage combustion nozzle. Part of the air is used to support combustion, while the other part is used to cool the front end barrel. The cooled air is then folded back into the barrel and mixed with secondary propane and air for combustion, generating more heat energy. After combustion, the flame gas instantly expands several times, and the driving force of the powder particles inside the gun body is stronger, resulting in higher particle flight speed, lower porosity, and higher coating hardness. |
