Product Description

                                      HV-8000H Supersonic Flame Spraying Equipment Introduction
The HV-8000H supersonic flame spraying developed by Zhengzhou Lijia is a new type of HVOF system that uses aviation grade kerosene as fuel. The basic principle of it is to fully atomize the kerosene with the combustion aid oxygen through the atomizing nozzle to form a combustible mixture and enter the combustion chamber. The ignition system ignites the high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which is ignited and burned by the Laval nozzle to form a high-temperature and high-pressure supersonic flame flow. The powder feeding system sends the powder material from the low-pressure area into the flame flow, and after heating and accelerating, it is sprayed onto the surface of the work piece to form a high-quality coating.

  1. Warranty period
The shelf life is 12 months after the equipment passes the acceptance inspection. The date of passing the acceptance shall be calculated from the date of signing the acceptance report by both parties. Human error includes: equipment damage caused by incorrect installation/operation is not guaranteed (our technicians will cooperate with the buyer to solve the problem).
  1. Equipment maintenance and spare parts supply after the warranty period
Zhengzhou Lijia will continue to provide technical support and spare parts supply to customers after the warranty period, ensuring a response to customer equipment troubleshooting requests within 24 hours, and will also provide equipment spare parts at a low price.
  1. Buyer's on-site installation   
If it is necessary to install in the workshop of the Buyer's country, the Buyer shall be responsible for preparing the surrounding facilities necessary for equipment operation and providing corresponding services before the arrival of the equipment, including circuit preparation, clean compressed air and pipelines, fuel, gas and pipelines, installation tools, water pipes and handling labor. The installation time largely depends on the buyer's on-site preparation and assistance to the installation personnel.
