A small flow of nitrogen or argon is used as the powder feed gas, and the powder arrives at the powder outlet with the rotation of the bottom powder feed pan, and enters the spray gun together with the powder feed gas, saving more gas than the traditional medium and high pressure powder feed. The biggest problem of the traditional double-barrel powder feeder is that it is very difficult to clean up the remaining powder, and it cannot be poured out. The powder feeder we developed has the same structural principle as the UNICOAT powder feeder in the United States, which can make the mouth of the powder barrel flip down and complete the pouring powder cleaning in three seconds. It has been widely used in thermal spraying devices. It has become one of the latest and indispensable important devices in the thermal spray industry, and this improvement measure has far exceeded the European and American brands in terms of convenience. C-1000 powder feeder is mainly composed of powder feeder body, transparent observation window, bracket and base. The main structure is composed of tank body, box body, electrical control, rotary drive, etc., and the tank body is composed of turntable, powder valve, carrier gas assembly, cylinder head and other components. Under the action of the turntable, the powder fills the slot of the disc, and is driven by the counterclockwise rotation of the stepless variable speed motor, and turns to the blanking port with high precision. Under the pressure of the carrier gas in the tank and the negative pressure generated by the powder feeding valve, the carrier gas is successively sent into the spray gun system to complete the thermal spraying process. The spraying amount is controlled by a motor with stepless speed regulation of 1-18 RPM. Accurate powder delivery greatly improves the uniformity of the coating and spraying quality. |
