HV-8000 Supersonic Flame Spraying Equipment Introduction
The HV-8000 supersonic flame spraying developed by Zhengzhou Lijia is a new type of HVOF system that uses aviation grade kerosene as fuel. The basic principle of it is to fully atomize the kerosene with the combustion aid oxygen through the atomizing nozzle to form a combustible mixture and enter the combustion chamber. The ignition system ignites the high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which is ignited and burned by the Laval nozzle to form a high-temperature and high-pressure supersonic flame flow. The powder feeding system sends the powder material from the low-pressure area into the flame flow, and after heating and accelerating, it is sprayed onto the surface of the work piece to form a high-quality coating.
HV-8000 ten advantages:
- Touch screen operation, the device design structure adopts a fully closed-loop automatic control structure, and all gases are controlled by a mass flow controller. The flow rate can be monitored in real-time and automatically reaches the process setting value.
- The fuel used is kerosene, and the combustion aid is oxygen, which is currently the safest combustion mode among the market models;
- The spray gun structure is designed based on the principle of a rocket generator, with a combustion chamber pressure of up to 150PSI and a flame flow velocity of over 2000m/s. The output power is large and can be adjusted steplessly;
- The spray gun adopts radial powder feeding, which is a new injection method that allows the powder to dissolve well and distribute evenly throughout the flame, improving coverage efficiency and coating quality;
- Equipped with the function of storing and calling process formulas, parameters can be added, modified, and saved up to 8000 sets of process parameters, which can be called at any time.
- The system design positions the temperature range within a certain range and regards speed improvement as the main objective of structural optimization; The coating has high bonding strength, high coating density, and surface stress is compressive stress;
- The fuel flow rate of the system adopts a fully closed-loop design, modular design, high-performance PLC control, and safe and easy operation;
- The particle velocity generated by combustion design reaches 1100 meters/second (3300 to 3900 per foot second), which is faster than traditional HVOF speed;
- Spray coating thickness greater than 10mm (compressive stress coating), with a higher microhardness than any other HVOF system (HV-80S spray WC Co coating with a microhardness of up to 1450);
- The HV-8000 coating can achieve a bonding strength of 90MPa, with a low porosity of less than 1% and an average of less than 0.5%, reaching an international leading level.
